Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings for change-of-mind once the package has been opened.

Before You Order

Please check all measurements, materials, and product photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing or fit, message us at hello@pardesia.com.au before ordering.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number. We'll ask you to send the item back to us for inspection — once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or change it — after this, your order may already be packed for shipping.
